Yes. Every Hausio team member is DBS-checked, interviewed in person, and we carry £2M public liability insurance on every job.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Free cancellation up to noon the day before. Same-day cancellations carry a 50% fee to cover our team's time.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No — we bring eco-friendly products and all equipment. If you'd prefer we use your own, just select "I'll provide my own" when booking (saves £15).

How do I pay?

Securely by card after the job is completed. No upfront payment, no cash required.
